1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and m555 ("m555", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at m555.biz ("the Platform").

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your m555 account credentials, including your username and password. m555 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.

You must not share your account login details with any third party. You must not allow any other person, including family members, to use your account. Each account is personal and non-transferable. m555 implements automatic session timeout for inactive sessions as an additional security measure. Players are advised to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. All login sessions and transactions are encrypted via SSL.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

m555 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of deposit on the Platform.

Funds deposited to your m555 wallet are for gaming purposes only. m555 does not pay interest on player account balances. Deposits are credited to your wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. Mobile wallet deposits (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are typically instant; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to KYC verification completion. m555 reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing any withdrawal. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply as published on the Platform. m555 processes withdrawal requests within 3–5 business days of KYC approval.

m555 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system downtime, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Each promotion is subject to specific terms, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry periods, which are published alongside the relevant offer on the Platform.

7. Prohibited Activities and Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on m555 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with m555 games or betting markets.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, m555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

m555's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim. m555 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and accepts no liability for losses caused by Platform downtime, maintenance periods, or third-party service failures.

11. Amendments to Terms

m555 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of m555 following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact m555 to close your account.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which m555 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation within 30 days, it may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules.
